Poor quality of product from Fastrack

Name of company/service: Fastrack(Titan)

I bought the sunglasses of Fastrack-model no-M068BK8P for which the brand claims that the lenses are impact and scratch resistant to a certain limit but even in normal use and good care, scratches started to appear on lenses, and also there are spots on the corners of the lenses, which are well within the warranty. The dealer denied to take any action when i did compliant about this by saying that scratches will appear even by dust, then what is the use of warranty. I got no value for money and a poor quality product for Rs 1990 that I spent on a brand like Fastrack.
