A.C which is having gas leakage problem every year

Ever since I purchased this 1.5 ton window A.c on 2009 since then I am get its gas being charged every year.Even this year also I lodged complain on 29th of March 2013 but no body has taken care even I followed rigoursly almost every day to Delhi customer care even that has gone waste.
