Location/place: Chennai

Name of company/service: Airtel Digital TV

I shifted my place from Trichy to Chennai. So I asked for re-installation in my new place on 14/4/13 and the request ID is 29788986. I was promised that the installation will happen on 16th but no one showed up. On 17th I received a msg from airtel stating that my complaint is resolved. (I don’t know how my complaint can be resolved without installing my kit). Again i raised the complaint and the ID is 29848536 on 17/4/13. Again i was promised that the installation will happen on 18th. Again no one showed up. Again I raised a complaint on 18/4/13 and the ID is 29874569. Again no one is going to show up for this complaint also.
