Name of company/service: tata docomo

sir,
my tata dokomo number is 8296281834. i have my net card activated in my number. suddenly today on 18/04/2013 around 1:54p.m. one sms came from tata dokomo that rs 50/- has been deducted from my balance account for downloading game named TIC TAC TOE, WHICH I NEVER CLICKED OR DOWNLOADED. then i tried to call several times in tata dokomo helpline number 121 each every time when i select option 1-4-1 they put me on hold and line gets cut automatically i atleast tried 10 times then i called on their de-activate toll free no. 155223 3 times but same problem the line gets disconnected automatically. after that my husband who also has tata dokomo number 8296129333 called 121 from his number and got connected by once only the customer care officer said that this money will not be reverted back as this service is from some advertisement. i again repeatedly said that i have not downloaded any game but she did not listen.
now please help me in this regard
