always giving me wrong statement

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that in Aug,2012 I have port my idea contact no. 9718202079 to Vodafone and they (Vodafone) provide me a post plan of day to day. In which they are ready to provide me 750 local calls free and 300 National Messages free and for this they will charged me a monthly rental of Rs. 299 only. in starting few months they were provide me Itemized bill service without any charge and was also providing me free messages but right now without any intimation they have been revised my plan and charging me according, and also I wrote a mail to them regarding the same matter with all the hard copy details, but they are not ready to listen me..
and charging me excess from the chosen plan.
please Help me…

    vodefone company cheat with me .it was giving wrong plan.always he was charged extra amount.
