Hi, This is Promod Singh from Baroda.
I had purchased one flat in Baroda. For this I have taken loan from Axis bank & applied my life insurance in Max Life to secure my future thorugh Axis Bank. In case any unfortunate will happen with me, then this life insurance can fill my outstanding loan amount to Axis bank.
I have given my first DD in favour of to Max Life of Rs. 33894 (Dena Bank) before 4 month, now the DD date has been expired & they havn’t taken any action. Now I have given 2nd DD to Max life but now its 1.5 months passed and they still not giving any response in this issue after many follow ups.
Due to this problem I am getting totally mental harassed. If in case any wrong things heppened with me then the whole responsibility to pay the outstanding loan amount shall be of Max Life & Axis Bank.
I have all proof of communication in my mail as well as in hard copy, if you required.
Please look in to the matter & take some needful action against Max Life & Axis Bank.
