i bought amaron battery for my bike in 10/8/2010. the dealer assure me to gave 4 year warranty of all kind and i have to nothing for this during warranty period.
now m facing some problem with this. i jus informed the dealer for this issues but he neglect to solve my problem. amaron is big brand in India if this kind of the service u provide to ur customer is not gud for the market.
and jus tell me the rite meaning of warranty.

    i bought a su kam inverter along with a battery from su kam dealer in hyderabad.
    now transferred to chennai.
    the battery is not working for more than 10 min. i lodged 2 complaints with customer care of su kam on 26 feb 2013 and aNOTHER COMPLAINT ON 25 MAR 2013 as they had closed the previous complaint .the service engineer told that there is a problem in battery and it needs to be replaced. it was within warranty period but they refused to replace as i did not have the warranty card which got misplaced while shifting. i had a bill which clearly indicates the serial number of the battery and the date of purchase but they are insisting on warranty card . i want to know whether it is mandatory to have a card when bill is there giving full details.
