My Name is Anoop Singh. I have submitted my phone (XOLO A700) at
lava mobile phones service center at ‘express road Kanpur’. on date 04 april 2013.
when i was purchesing the phone, i was informed that the sevice of phone will hand to hand. but now they told me that it will takes 7 days.
now 7 days passed but there is no notification on my mail ID.
IMEI of the phone is 911246750209592.
and my contact no. is 9307025182.

and one thing also company says that he will replace the phone, if phone creates any problems within one month and i face my problems like Network problems, GPS problems, Net Problem, and Handfree connecting problems. within fifteen days. i puchesd it on 13 march and gives service center on 4 april.

sir i m requesting u to pay attention on this complain.
