Cancalation of bus in last movement and dont even refund the amount in said time

Name of company/service: Olivea travels

I was travelling to hyderabad on 3rd april in olivea travels, just before 4 hours of depature they called and said that the bus is cancled. Even after that they said the amount will be credit back in our account in 7 working days. But today is 15 th april but still i have not got my money back. They just cancled the bus and dont even give our money back.
