Hello,
I have a BSNL prepaid SIM which I use with dongle for using internet.Everytime BSNL changes validity recharge plan,its not taking at my number and whenever I tried to call customer care,they keep call on hold for more than 30 minutes but no response,at last I had to cut.
I am very much upset with the service,if they cannot handle customer,why they issue so much SIMs…
I want BSNL to resolve my problem
