Complaint against the Tradus Online shopping site

Location/place: Gurgaon

Name of company/service: Tradus

Hi Sir/Mam,

i purchased the online Reebok Duffle Bag & Free Reebok Watch on date 26/03/2013 but till now i did not received the order.

i tried to contact them so many times and put the a lot of mails finally on 1 April i got the call from their customer care and they told me i will receive my oder with in 2 days.

on date 6 April 2013 i got the mail from Tradus they had delivered the order on my place but i have not received the order.

finally i put the mail to tradus i did not received the order and i tried to track my order so many time’s and every time i got the same error.

As i also confirmed from DTDC courier company about my shipment they said have recieved no order against this tracking number.

They cheat me , and now they are not replying on my mail.
