Fraud from 100bestbuy.com: No Product or no cash back received after much time of booked and followed up then after

I booked 03 products from 100bestbuy.com on 09th febrauary by using my old Credit points ( credit points generated becaue i purchaged products by credit cards, but not received after 04 months also from september 2012 to January 2013 end) – 4174 and also payment of 714 by ICICI credit cards.

but no body replied after somuch of follow up and so many times call back..
even many times they dont receive the call also for 30-45 minutes.

so I request you to bevare of 100bestbuy.com for anykind of products and resolve my matter as soon as possible..

Even they trying to give cashback so that any customer will stuck in their system for longer time.

I want Cash back but they always denide to do so
