Name of company/service: BSNL
I am getting unwanted SMS from 58888 almost everyday and charging Rs.10/- per day. Even after several complaints to customer care verbally and written to BSNL office, no action has been taken by BSNL. I am facing this issue since 2 months.
On top of this, BSNL customer care executives mis-guide us when we call custoemr care when we call them for clarification. And I have lost Rs.50/- because of WRONG information from your executive which are so called as “Customer CARE executives”
Now, I need money back which was deducted without my knowledge and bacause of your executives mistake. and I dont want to see anymore meesages from 58888.
