Harasment in availing postpaid service

Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

On repeated call from the customer care personals for shich over from post paid service to post paid connection i have deposited Rs. 850/- (on 08-04-2013) was told that the service will be activated within 48 hrs. but till date it is not activated and today again they are telling that it will take another 48 hrs. while the customer care personal again on chat telling it will take 7 days. its clear case of cheating the consumer. whiloe thy are showing all the dreams when taking money they are harassing the consumer by not giving the service and making him to go to post and pillers. when asked for documents about the thime frame they not giving any.
hence action has to be taken against these farms for there wrongful activities.
