AMC got done on 13.06.2012. Kent did not inform till date the items covered under AMC and terms & Conditions.Kent done AMC by giving a simple receipt of Rs.1500.00. Therefore we are not aware of their policy of AMC,
Our R.O. system is not working for the last 4-5 days. After too much efforts we got lodged our complaint with their service center as their phone lines are found always busy.
Yesterday their mechanic came to our premises and informed that membrane is busted due to choking of dirt. While we have got done AMC then the service center is fully responsible to attend such maintenance time to time so that the membrane could not been busted in this way. M/s Kent is fully responsible for this mistake. Now M/s Kent have changed the membrane and a filter for which they have charged Rs.3000.00. The charged money is not liable to pay by us because it is their mistake and money should be returned to us.
