Fake Connection on My id.

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

Dear Sir,

I recieved postpaid bill (Bill No 1436073610 Acct No 946011634) dated 25.02.2013 against 2 mobile nos 9044003489 and 9044003503 which i never applied or using. I made a written complaint against this matter to “Tata Teleservices ltd. 14/75 civil lines kanpur U.p.” on date 07.03.2013 to look into this matter, but again dated 06-03-2013 courier guy came with another bill which i refused to recieve. Today (12.04.2013) i went again to same tata docomo office to make complain about this matter then Mr Bhupendra refused to take my complaint and misbehaved me.
I hope by writing here concerned authority will look into this matter.
