   Hi,

   I’ve been trying to get my refund for the Iball Groovy Headset as per the details below. However, after speaking with 3 different agents from the customer care of Chipkart no one has bothered to issue that refund for Rs 3700.
   They say the refund is complete as per the status in my account but, I haven’t received any refund till date.
   Their obviously running some kind of scam and have trapped quite a few in this.
   Can someone please look into this and make sure the owner is penalised and this kind of a site must be banned due to the malpractices.

   Mr. Saikat Bardhan(08974157707) being the owner of the site does not wish to answer my calls.

   Hi guys, I am also getting the same issue with chipkart.com service.

   I have ordered a 32 GB pen drive through website and they did not send me any pendrive + they took my money too.

   Whenever I ask for a refund they simply said that it will take 1 week process.
   And beleive me, I have ordered that in Aug 2013 and its now March 2014, they are not sending me any refund.

   I have called several time to them and even email the Admin guy too. I got only responses but no refund. And now their website not working, they keep their number changing after each month.

   Not sure, if any one of you can help me with this.
   Please suggest
