I submitted my htc explorer mobile to an authorised htc service centre of indore as there was no service centre in gwalior at that time. Thier staff member said that it will take 15 days to repair mobile but as the bill was of gwalior so they refused to repair it after overing 20 days. As they didnot said anything earlier of anything related to this and due to this i have sufferrd lot of problem
