i had done an online bill payment on 14th march 2013 and the transaction was successful but the bank had deducted d money twice, in regard of this i registered a complient on the compleint centre of bank by the phone and got an assurence from them that it’ll be credited in my account in 6 working days but still no respose is there. Please help me.
