Activation of free 3G data pack on galaxy grand on Vodafone number 8377090128

I Have purchased samsung galaxy grand on 8th April, till date after 2 visits to Vodafone stores, 4 calls to Vodafone customer care , still the 3G service for 2 GB data is not activated. Vodafone has very very poor customer support, I have been using Idea and airtel no. for 8 years but till date I have not faced such serious lapse in their service. No. 8377090128
