INCOMPLETE SERVICE AND POOR RESPONSE

DEAR CONSUMER FORUM,

I BHUPATHIRAJ P. HAD PURCHASED A WHRLPHOOL ACE 70I BL MODEL WASHING MACHINE ON 29-03-2013 OF RS.10,490/- FROM BIG BAZAAR (TARNAKA) WITH DELIVERY CHALLAN NO. ‘1225’ AND GOT DELIVERED ON NEXT DAY EVENING.

THEY PROMISED HOME DEMO ON NEXT DAY, BUT NO ONE HAS COME, AND WHEN I CALLED THEM ON 30.03.2013 (BIG BAZAAR), I GOT A WORST REPLY ‘SUNDAY KON AAYEGA, KAL AATHA HAI” AND DISCONNECTED THE CALL FROM YOUR END.

NEITHER I GOT ANY CALL OR ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM EVEN THOUGH I CALLED THEM FOR COUPLE OF TIMES. I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR END TILL TODAY AND WHEN I UNPACKED THE MERCHANDISE I FOUND THAT THERE IS NO MERCHANT DETAILS ON THE O & M MANUAL.
