Dear Sir,
I have purchased 4 numbers Air E-tickets from “Rasee Tour & Travels” (84 Arcot Road, opposite CMC main Gate, Vellore-632004) And their contact number 0416-4300803. Unfortunate Indigo flight was cancelled for my father illness. Indigo return the full money to the travel agency. But Travell agency return only Rs 24000 to me out off Rs 41000. I want to come urgently to Kolkata for my father treatment which was incomplete at CMC Vellore. But travell chitted my money Rs 17000. They told me you can do anything I couldn’t give you money. My family condition is very weak. please you help me.
