delay to install the product

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: kolkata&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Hitachi</p>we bought hitachi 1.2 ton splint ac on 25.3. the product has been delivered on 30.3.after that day we called servc centr many times,bt they didnt respond.then they calld us on 3.3 and told that they would come,bt they didnt come.they did this same thing yesterday.i skipped my office on these two days,but they harrased me.please take proper step and try to solve my problem soon.
