Fooling customers by taking more price than the MRP

We went to Hyderabadi Spice,(Opposite Wipro gate #12) in Electronic City bangalore; today(09.04.2013).

We had cool drinks(COKE&SPRITE) which was having an MRP of Rs.8/- on the bottle. The bill which we got has charged in Rs.13/-. On questioning the explanation we got is “Its like that only”. Most of the shops, restaurants in Electronic city banagalore charge extra money than the MRP saying “Cooling charge” for cooldrinks, milk packet and all
