i had bought a mahindra and mahindra scorpio AT mhawk last year in june 2012,from it dealership nbs international at price tag of 13,81,000/-which i had taken on finance from mahindra finance,now after 10 months i have put my car for sale so i came to know they are discontinuing the model and the resale value of my car has come down nearly 50% how can a company like mahindra & mahindra and many other sell a car on high price an within one year the drops down so what option the consumer have bearing such a big loss an how can one pay to the finance company please look into the matter and instruct mahindra n mahindra if the car is discontinued to buy back the car at good price so that the consumer does not face such a big loss and the burden of finance company.
