I have purchased a new apple 4s in July 2012 and it had problem of hanging up and very less battery backup and I gave it to service centre in Mumbai, India however despite the problem it never got changed stating by the service engineer that it is expected of Apple, it is very sad that being a apple product I face problems and service centre not responding
