Regrettin to be a customer of Sony.

Location/place: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Name of company/service: Sony Mobile

I bought a Sony Xperia Tipo handset on 3rd of March. I found that it has some defects in its audio jack.Then i got replaced the phone. But even after replacement, I found that same problem sustains in the replaced handset also. Thats why I submitted the phone in the service center once again and I asked for money refund. Now, even after following up with the service center and customer care on daily basis, I am getting nothing except ignorance. Now days they are even started behaving rudely with me. Right now, neither I have my phone nor my money. Its disgusting to be a customer of sony mobile.
