i bought original charger for samsung c5212 handset on 21 dec 2012.today on 06-04-2013 when it broke i went to samsung bikaner service centre amit communications i went to them and the service manager said you broke it we will not replace it so i didnt broke it intentionally when i took the charger out of the phone the charging point side came in my hand and i went to them and they said we will not replace it and i said i didnt broke it but they dont want to listen to it and also if there is a six month warranty on it and according consumer protection act if there is a poor quality charger(product) that authorised sales retailer gave to me the charge broke simply taking it out of phone now i talked to their customer care service also didnt gave me a proper reply the operator said i was not there i cannot tell what to do.
and above all the service manager said to me dil pe haath rakhe bolo aapne nahin toda i will give the charger and also he said 300 rs ke charger ke liye uthke aajate hon my god look at his language
