wrong billing

Name of company/service: tata docomo

sir,
i took a tata docomo broad band iwireless internet connection (no 09230195561).it was free for 2 months,and for this i paid rs.1300/-.after one month i lost the dongle.immediately i informed to customer care to stop the service,and took another tata docomo connection.
now they are sending me bill for rs 2000/- (approx)and threatning me to pay the bill.
i had talked to their customer care dept .more than 6 times,every time they informed me that they will take necessary action.
inspite of that their legal dept. threatning me to pay the bill.
in this connection i request you to take necessary action.

    Hence, we would like to inform you that your device has been disconnected on 03-NOV-12 the amount of Rs. 1792.15/- has been adjusted in your number on 09-APR-2013 and there is an outstanding amount of Rs. 169.85 and no issue now.
