Worst Service- False promises – Beam Broadband

I am a user of beam broadband services for the past one year and would like to warn everyone before you take up their services that what they promise and what they deliver are two very different things. They promised a connection speed of 15mbps for 1110/- but i have never got more than 2 – 3 mbps consistently for this whole year. Everytime i call them they tell me that the problem will be rectified and it has never been followed through. There are very frequent disconnections and it takes them atleast a week to rectify the problem each time. I would suggest that you look for other broadband services which might offer lesser speeds but are more dependable over this absolutely dismal internet service provider..!
