Worst service of Broadband

Location/place: Bhopal

Name of company/service: Reliance Broadband

I have installed reliance broadband connection plan for 3 months,at 2mbps speed unlimited. but since very first day to today(45 days) its speed never reched more than 200 kBps, i registered my complaint 8-10 times but its still unsolved.iam relly suffering from a worst service. pls help..
