Auto balance deduction

Location/place: Jharkhand

Name of company/service: Aircel Gsm Mobile

Dear Sir,
My Aircel mobile no is 9097014033 from which balance is automatically deducted,VAS is automatically activated. First time I got a deduction notice of Rs.20 and a total amount of Rs.27.50.
I tried to deactivate some VAS but they still are active.

I try to contact customer care but the call is automatically disconnected.
My alternate contact no is 8603190959.

Please resolve the above mentioned issues for which I shall be thankful.
