Name of company/service: Airtel broadband service
I had applied for a broadband connection on 28th march by filling an online application (with a payment of Rs 49) post which there was a call from an executive who collected my documents on the same day.
However post the same there has been no contact or any service update of when the connection would be done (I was assured that the connection would be provided within 3 days). On calling the call center there was no record available at their end of the transaction i made , this inspite of me having recieved a mail from your email id confirming receipt of payment and also providing a reference number. I have called the call center 6 times on all occassions either the phone was disconnected or numbers of affliate or nodal officers were provided which lead to dead end IVR’s i.e. on calling the provided numbers of the nodal officer or affliaate the IVR required for me to enter the landline number or account number which naturally i did not have as i still dont have a connection
