Not getting value for online recharge

Location/place: Delhi

Name of company/service: Reliance gsm

Sir
I have recharge my Reliance mobile through rcom.co.in website for 101 on april 5 2013 and got a message for the value but did Not get the value. Hence i called customer care but everytime iget an excuse by saying technical updation. Two of the agent i talked were latif and shahiba.
Please help
