Hi,
I have placed order for installation and activation of TATASKY dish through .( Subscriber Id: 1103276455 After repeatative follow up Dish is installed on sunday 31.03.2012
After that Dealer called me and said that i will activate your account and you will get message. On same Day I got message” your tata sky subscriber id has been recharged with Rs 2130.
I was expecting activation would be happened within some time.
From that day , I have called customer care for 29 times.
Initially I got answer that it is in process.This process is repeated for couple of days.
After couple of days Tata Sky engineer came to my my home, he recorrected my installation but nothing happen. In between I called my delaer but no proper responce from him.
I called customer care and told that if you are not provide service then cancel conection but no action from TATA SKY neither activation nor cancellation.
Please help me.
