Non response of Post selling service within Warranty Period

Location/place: Howrah

Name of company/service: Tata Consultancy Service – Kolkata

I bought a Home Gym (Model: G400) on 4th March, 2013 from Bodyline Sports (Avani Riverside Mall 32 Jagat Banerjee Road, Howrah 711101). It costs INR 15900. On 8th March while using I found that two parts (rubbers & adjustible sit) are disputed due to improper installation & lodged a complaint to Service Center (Complain No: 3434), on 9th March they sent a staff; I was not present at that time & he take away the entire wire of the gym. Afterwards I had called more than 20 times to service center (03324545396, 5397) & on 31st March informed the showroom (9836062543), asked to follow up the matter. After few days (3rd April, 2013) he gave me contact number of their Manager (Mr Sujit 9674399334) & said to ask him. While I called the manager also gave me fake assurance that it will solved within a working day. But still they did not response. This is their post selling service. Please help/assist.
