Vodafone is not activating SMS pack on my postpaid sim

Location/place: Pandav Nagar/Delhi-92

Hi,

I have requested Vodafone to activate SMS Pack on my Pstpaid No 8860097601 .They are not activating the SMS pack so tat they can charge money .
Every time I request they say that We will activate next Billing Cycle and Now I asked to them they are still saying that We will now activate from Next billing Cycle.

Thats not right.
Please do the needful.They are meking fool of Customers.
