Name of company/service: Reliance communication
I am a user of reliance smart prepaid services. Using SIM of same company from last five years. few days back on 26th March 2013 company has sent a SMS for submitting the documents for verification. Due to some reason and holidays I could not submit the document in two days (which is a very short time). On 2nd April I have contacted Reliance store at Jail road but they have not accepted my documents. 3rd April, I have contacted Annapurna Road office but they also denied and said that it would be accepted at Reliance Web World, Sapna Sangeeta branch.
Today on 4th April when I took documents to the said branch, they said that you number is barred and can’t be start now. They also said if I’ll go for postpaid connection they will start services on the same number. They barred my number that is also OK but I had a balance of approx 80 Rs in my SIM. They are not ready to give my money back. Please do the needful so that I can get my money back if not the service.
