Order not shipped, No – 1842677

Location/place: Gurgaon

Name of company/service: Yepme.com

I have placed an order from Yepme.com. Order No – 1842677. I have paid the amount required of Rs 1475 through my debit card. They are showing order as verified and pending dispatch from last 6 days. They are not dispatching it. They are not replying to my email nor answering phone calls. I tried to post of their Facebook page, they deleted my comment. Looks a fraud company to me.
Can anyone help me in the same?
