sir,i booked an e ticket from BANDA TO JHANSI train no12175 chambal exp AND JHANSI TO CHENNAI train no 12434 rajdhani…since it was e tcket they were to separte tickets…the first train was late and it made me raech jhansi station at 9:05 sheduled arrival was 15:30..i missed my rajdhani and they are saying that your ticket was not connecting so you wont get full refund…when i told them that my ticket is e ticket n there is no connecting option then they said we cant help…why have they kept online facility if they cant provide things..they have not mentioned anywhere in their site that e tickets wont be paid full refund if there first train comes late…
