i online order a spy pen cam my order no is OW00045580 . when i received it it was totally damaged . i send it for replacement . i called on that company customer care they told me to send me new pen cam in 2-3 working days . that company got that damaged pen cam on 9-06-2012 and since 09-06-2012 10 month passed but till now i haven’t got my pen cam . plez work on this and try to solve my problem as soon as possible .
