My complain is regarding to the 39 sms pack of reliance which i started in sept 2012 and next month i deactivated it. But all in vain every month the service is being renwed autometically.for its deactivation i tried many of time but the customer care assured me that it will be deactivate soon but its not working still.so i requesting to you that pls do something as soon ar possible.
