Payment deducted, product not received

Name of company/service: Datawind Aakash Ubislate

Hi,

I have ordered for Aaksah3 tablet from Datawind through their online portal and paid full amount of 4799 through AXIS BANK on 12th Macrh 2013. As per their committment I was supposed to receive the product in 3 workign days i.e. by 15th March. Still not received and they are not even picking up their phone number. I have asked for refund through email, even that not has been addressed.

Please help.
