I have recharged for my DTH connection on 02.04.2013 at 2.30 pm . the activation is still pending when i called the customer care the respose from them is very poor. they are not giving solution for my problem, instead they just ask for details and cut the call saying that the complaint is registrered but they are got giving complaint .when again called customer care another person attend my call ad when is say my complaint they say that the complaint is not registered. please improve your customer care and give proper guidance to customers. regards,
