FREQUENTLY MONEY DEDUCT WITHOUT MY INVOLMENT

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: paloncha .khammam D&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: BSNL</p>hai sir my bsnl number is 9491107993 since 3 months my balance deduct without my involvement . so many times contact to customer care but no use , money was not refund and they are told that services messages are activeted by my self .actually i am not send any request or not accepted for that services.
