Complaint pending from 1 month to re install relaine dish connection

I am Nagesh Lanka son of Rajasekharam lanka, requested relaince digital tv customer care to reinstall the dish from existing location to new place at Khama on 6th March 2013.digicard number is 200604429093.From past one month following up with customer care for the same request.Every time the message from customer is that it will be get it done by tomorrow.we frustrated with the responses from customer care. With helpless condition I am writing this complaint
