worst 3g connection

Name of company/service: Reliance communication

worst network in India, extremely bad, untrained and unprofessional customer care who don’t have even manners and standards to talk to a client. It seems focus is only to make money that’s it they don’t care whether a customer is happy or whether we are providing what we show on televisions in those jazzy commercial……did a complaint on 30th march against bad 3g connection not opeing any page error message showing that web page not available they took my compalint and gave me a complaint no which is 200747129 they told me it will be slove within 3 days but till uts not resolve when after 3 days i called them theytold me its already resolve but till im facing lots of problem please look into these matter

    Dear Rcomcare,
    Again i am facing 3g speed related problem after four days again and again after several time i got disconnected , if you do not look in to these matter and you will not resolve the matter permanently then i have to switch another telecom provider.
