Name of company/service: Ohris Food Court
The restaurants and food courts are charging 10% service charge on the food bills. On enquiring the same they reply that it is charged for the salaries of staff which anyways included in the food costs since we already pay high cost of food when we go to the restaurants. I expect that some immediate action should be taken against such restuarants and service charge should be removed. We feel cheated when we see the bill unexpectedly high with all such charges levied.
