Online payment made but no service no response

My name is Saurabh Dixit. Professionaly Chartered accountant. I register on shadimaker.com for matrimony online and offline services. Payment made on third week of March 2013. But they are not providing any services not responding any calls and mails i.e. no communication. They are Worst service provider.
