My CUG PostPaid bill is not proper…..And despite of several talk my bill has not been reworked

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Reliance Communications

I have purchased new Reliance CUG PostPaid
connection and opted for the plan called DSPLPPS 99 but when my bill came they had activated different PLAN i.e simple 199 PLAN.
I have went to reliance world,but their also my problem has not been solved RWorld told me that they do not have any information about CUG customer,even the Customer Care do not have any information about that.
They are adding late fine on my bill.

I have also a series of email between me agent and reliance,below are the email.

Its been long time I have given u the plan change request and rework as per DSPLPPS 99 . I got the confirmation
about the plan change, but still I am not getting any response about the rework.I am getting the bill with late fee now.

You made several promise but despite of that my rework has not been done.Now I request Mr.praveen shekhawat,
you are from reliance so I request you to give your word.

Because of internal system error we could not upload directly to DSPLPPS 99, We have sent backend for approval and Plan change.

    I was in meeting that time, I talked to regarding the same,u assured me that my bill will
    be reworked,this waiver is not sufficient give me waiver of Rs 90(excluding 31.39) since I got the bill of Rs156 in this bill You already given me this waiver long ago,
    but this is not sufficient , I got this bill a/c Tariff Plan Name :RGSimplePPS199N
    Local Calls 2337(unit) Rs.23.37 and STD Calls 7583 (unit) Rs.75.83
    SMS Charges 47(unit) Rs 23.50
    And I have opted for the plan Tariff Plan Name :RGDSSplPPS99
    Discounted Usage Summary is Discounted
    Units Local STD Mins 200min and Local and STD SMS 0 200(unit/message)
    So if u follow this plan I will not get that amount. I will hardly get rental charges for that period.

    I hope that u have got the issue and solve this problem.
